In 2014, Kansas City Zoo invited CBSG and CBSG North America to design and facilitate a strategic planning workshop that resulted in the development of a comprehensive Conservation Strategic Plan to direct the zoo's future conservation efforts. The following document is a summary of the zoo's new conservation strategic plan.
